i just had occasion to look at the entry for COTA on Wikipedia. It hasn't been updated since 1997.
If someone has the time and inclination, it would be great to see that updated!

Hi Lois, It looks like somebody did an update, but they left the National Park Service in the sentence about COTA being presented "in cooperation with." Since the land now belongs to the Borough, I wonder how I take that out.
