The Delaware Water Gap Celebration of the Arts (COTA) organization, producer of the 29-year-old annual jazz and arts festival by the same name, has awarded its 2006 COTA Cat Scholarships to three June graduates: Marcell Bellinger and Jay Rattman, both of Stroudsburg High School, and Thomas Lehman of Pocono Mountain West High School. Their awards honor their outstanding performances in previous years with the COTA Cats all-student Big Band that performs on Sundays at the festival. |
